Yes, we have new, fully furnished Park Models for rent for the 2021-2022 winter season.

There is a 3 month minimum. The current rental rate is $1750 per month with a $500 deposit ($50 Process fee and $450 refundable deposit). 

Cancellations: There is a 60 day written cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation in writing, 60 days or more before your arrival date you will receive a $350 refund and pay a cancellation fee of $100. If you cancel less than the 60 days before the date of arrival there are no refunds.
