$50 per month for less than three months
$150 for a three or five month reservation

Primary Resident Must Be At Least 55 Years of Age

RV's must be minimum 21 feet in length. No pop-ups, campers, or converted vans. If older than ten years, must be in good shape and have management approval.

Balance of rent is due upon arrival. Payable with cash, travelers check, or personal check only. Reservations will be confirmed to you in writing. Specific sites will be confirmed for annual reservations. Del Pueblo will do it's best, but cannot guarantee, site preference on or near requested space for other reservations.

Full deposit (minus $30.00 processing fee) will be refunded if a written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. If you change your reservation date we will need at least two weeks prior notice. REQUESTS TO SHORTEN A 90 DAY OR LONGER STAY WILL FOREFIT THE TOTAL ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. We will take a new reservation for the requested date at the currant rate and site availability.
